Have you purchased your laptop with extra additional dead pixel warranty? Below you will find the guidelines according to ISO standards to which we confirm.
ISO-13406-2 This ISO standard specifies how many dead (sub) pixels a screen may contain. This standard is only a guideline and not an obligation. Many manufacturers voluntarily adhere to this ISO standard which is divided into 4 classes. If an additional pixel guarantee has been purchased at the time of purchase, class 2 applies for the duration of the additional guarantee period.
Dead pixel warranty can not be purchased after receipt of your order.
