What is the status of my order?

Explanation of each step:

   

New

You have placed an order but the payment has not yet been processed. You will automatically receive a payment reminder if this was not successful.

    Payment received

The payment has been received and processed.

   

Parts ordered

1 or more parts are not in stock and are ordered by us or are already on their way to us. This step can take 1 to several business days.

   Assembling

We are currently collecting and/or assembling your order, you will receive an email as soon as the products are shipped. This step can take 1 to several business days.

Shipping

Have you opted for home delivery? Then you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

 Pickup

Did you opt for pick up? Then you will receive an e-mail that you can pick up the order in the store.


Bijzondere statussen:

Preorder

You have chosen 1 of our newest products, which will be available soon. Your order is therefore on hold and we will keep you informed of the progress.

 On Hold

Your order is on hold, for example because the payment has not been processed but is still being processed.
