Can I return the product if I do not like it?

Yes, SKIKK conforms to the law on distance selling. We have a return policy, which means that you can return the product to us but that you bear the costs yourself. You can then choose another product from us or have your account credited.

You can always return within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, without reason (business users excepted, see our terms and conditions for more information).

Conditions
The product you return must be in new condition. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.

The following products are not covered by the return policy from:

  • computer software
  • Items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, such as in-ear headphones / headsets
  • Redeemed vouchers and vouchers

After receiving the product, we check it for damage. If the product is undamaged, you will receive a refund within approximately 10 working days. In the unlikely event that damage was found or is it a custom order, we will contact you about the depreciation and / or refusal of the return. So always make sure you pack the product well before shipping.

Register return
To make use of your right of return, we request you to fill in the contact form. After receiving this we will send you a system mail with our return options, after receiving the product and checking the completeness (no missing adapter for example) we will inform you and send you a new system mail asking you to provide information to refund the purchase amount (or the difference if you return a partial order).

The refund of the purchase amount will be made within 10 working days after receipt of your response to the system mail.
